Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.
  • Items that have been opened, assembled, or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll help arrange a swap for an available product of equal value.
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the damage.
