Eligibility

- Items that have been opened, assembled, or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll help arrange a swap for an available product of equal value.
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the damage.
