At Warpmonger, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Due to the collectible nature of our products, opened or damaged packaging may significantly affect return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened, assembled, or modified
  • Items with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Pre-order items that have been confirmed for shipment
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect

For damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on product availability.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via LINE or Telegram with your order details
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Important: Do not ship items back without first obtaining return authorization.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
  • Warpmonger is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for
  • We will confirm availability and provide instructions
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
